Value Adder Base Certification (Level 1)

  • Target Audience: Individuals who have completed pre-approved programs in entrepreneurship, career ownership, or value creation.
  • Eligibility Requirements: Completion of a pre-approved program in entrepreneurship, career ownership, or value creation. Submission of a certificate of completion and the Value Adder Base Certification
  • Key Benefits: Ability to add the certification to resumes and social media profiles, eligibility to apply for Level 2 certification.

Value Adder Full Certification (Level 2)

  • Target Audience: Holders of the Value Adder Base Certification.
  • Eligibility Requirements: Earned the Level 1 Certification. Submission of the Value Adder Full Certification Application and a recommendation form from a coach or supervisor.
  • Key Benefits: Recognition as a full-fledged Value Adder, eligibility to apply for Level 3 certification.

Verified Value Adder Certification (Level 3)

  • Target Audience: Holders of the Value Adder Full Certification, with at least 3 months of experience post-Level 2 certification.
  • Eligibility Requirements: Earned the Level 2 Certification. At least 3 months of experience post-Level 2 certification. Submission of the Verified Value Adder Certification Application, Supervisor Recommendation and Verification Form, and completion of an interview with a NAEBL Certification Coordinator.
  • Key Benefits: Top-tier recognition, enhanced career opportunities, and full verification as a value-adding professional.
